[Dovecot] PLAIN.B64 Password Scheme Patch Missing in Dovecot 1.0.2

Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. I've just downloaded thenewly-released Dovecot 1.0.2, but found that the PLAIN.B64 password scheme patch seems to be missing.

v1.0.x releases won't have any new features (with some rare
exceptions). PLAIN.B64 will be in v1.1.
