Does this fix the hangs people have been reporting?
- SSL connections hanged sometimes, especially when saving messages.
- mbox: Mail bodies were saved with CR+LF linefeeds
- Mail forwarding was broken with deliver/Sieve
- dbox fixes. Might actually be usable now.
- Index file handling fixes with keywords
- Cache file was incorrectly used in some situations, which probably
caused problems sometimes.
- Maildir++ quota: Don't count "." and ".." directory sizes to quota.
After rewriting maildirsize file keep its fd open so that we can
later update it. Patch by Alexander Zagrebin
Looks like 1.0rc3 is buggy for me with dovecot deliver: With my procmail patch applied I'm delivering a mail. I'm sending a mail to a folder with dovecot deliver ... cat testmail.txt | procmail -t -Y -a domain -d user
It works fine until I opened the mail once through imap. Afterwards no mail is delivered at all. Procmail log file says that deliver is called ...
Folder was deleted with /dev/null before the test was done.
Any ideas?
BTW: Is the bug http://www.dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2006-July/014709.html fixed in 1.0rc3?
Thanx.
Ciao, Gerhard

Also writing to sent folder does not work.

I just downgraded to 1.0rc2 because writing to sent folder does not work any more with mbox...

Looks like that a repetation of cat testmail.txt | procmail -t -Y -a domain -d user; sleep 1 works but cat testmail.txt | procmail -t -Y -a domain -d user doesn't work.
BTW: 1.0rc5 looks fine on basic tests ...

Not for me, see my other mail <20060803075711.GA8144@lori.ghen.be> about it.
