I want to monitor a special folder and execute a shell script each time I put an email to it. I would like to automate that way the process of SPAM reporting (SPAMCop). Is that possible with sieve?

It seems to work great but only within the same server. It I copy anything from a different server it simply does not work. Is there a way around this?
