[Dovecot] maildir++ quota bug...
Running RC2 with maildrop and MDA:
dovecot writes a positive quota count, then the negative quota count on messages delivered with maildrop.
For example,
message #1 arrives via maildrop: 4488236 1
message is deleted via dovecot: 4488236 1 -4488236 -1
This does not happen when the user accesses the message, only when it is deleted.
The user never gets credit for deleting the file and their quota continues to grow.
I did not notice this behaviour until now, but I just tested with rc1
and it is present there as well.

I'm running RC2 for almost 10 days now on few servers and Maildir++ quota works fine. You probably need to expunge your mailbox. If messages are not expunged, they are still in the mailbox marked as deleted and are counted for quota.

I am going to back and hide under my rock now.
Thanks Dumitru for pointing out something that was so obvious - yet so overlooked by myself.
The thing that threw me for a loop was the duplicate entries in the maildirsize file - of course there would be dual entries - the message was removed from INBOX and moved to Trash.
Thanks a Bunch!
