I've started work on a side project that I've been long wanting to do; better HTML archives of email.

I'm just designing the JSON schema atm, and I thought it would be good to get your feedback (Esp Timo) before I make a horrible mistake.

Is it a good idea to base the id of a converation by the sha1sum of the first message for example?

Any other tips or words of encouragement would be great.
