[Dovecot] Slow bulk deleting

Maildir or mbox? How many messages do you have in the mailbox? How many
are you deleting? How slow is very slow?

I don't remember it having any problems.. Well, except if you have a
huge maildir with ext2/ext3 filesystem that's going to be slow.
