[Dovecot] Dovecot for Gentoo portage

Hi all -

I've added an ebuild for 0.99.9.1 to bugzilla:

http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22080

It includes the CR+LF patch. Should be trivial to update for .10 when
it makes an appearance :-).

Feel free to fix/improve this ebuild - I'm fairly new at them.
