[Dovecot] file permissions help!

This means Dovecot wasn't able to figure out what to do with that given
default_mail_env. It didn't know if it was maildir, mbox or what. So the
fix is to add "mbox:" to beginning of default_mail_env, ie.:

default_mail_env = mbox:/export/htdocs/...
