[Dovecot] folders not subscribed

Courier stores the subscriptions in courierimapsubscribed file. You
should be able to rename those files into Dovecot's .subscriptions
files. Something like:

find . -name courierimapsubscribed -exec sh -c 'mv "{}" "`echo "{}"|sed s/courierimapsubscribed/\.subscriptions/`"' \;
