[Dovecot] dovecot seems to be slow

1.0-tests have much better mbox performance. With 0.99.x there's not 
much you can do.

The reason it takes a few seconds to open a mail is because new mail 
came to mailbox and Dovecot re-reads the mbox before opening the 
message. mbox_dirty_syncs = yes setting in 1.0-tests avoids this.
