[Dovecot] 1.0 release

Dovecot-1.0-stable is intended for semi-chickens like me who want 1.0 
functionality without being too bleeding-edge.

I've not checked it's got what you want though (it might be considered 
bleeding edge itself)!

The only bugs I've spotted in it so far have been minor issues with the 
namespace code ...
