[Dovecot] 1.0 release

Yes, even though it's called "dovecot-1.0-stable", it's not to be 
confused with a full release, it's just a snapshot of 1.0-test that's 
intended to be usable in production.

Timo has been back-porting important bugfixes from the later testXX 
builds - see http://www.dovecot.org/nightly/stable/ChangeLog.

Things will change quite a lot, I think, when he's happy with the major 
changes he's been making and releases a 1.0-beta.
