[Dovecot] Why is "UIDVALIDITY changed" fatal?

Almost sent you a debugging patch, but then just before sending it I
thought I'd try if it matters if the first message is the "folder
internal data" mail. That's the problem.

New tarballs should be ready within a few minutes.
