If vpopmail_uid is 89, than you can just set:
first_valid_uid = 89
You could set last_valid_uid = 89 as well if you want, since that's the
only UID that is really used.
It's anyway just an extra check to avoid accidentally allowing users in
who shouldn't really have access. With virtual users it doesn't really
matter.
