[Dovecot] Announcement: New Fedora releases

For FC2 and FC3. Users of MySQL and postgres should take note as the 
default build options have changed to remove these. The boot order has also 
changed to start dovecot after named, but this only takes effect if you run 
chkconfig to disable and re-enable the service and recreate the symlinks.
