[Dovecot] dovecot problem or not ?

Problem is that the UID returned by Postgres doesn't have access to 
home directory. Make sure that the owner of the home directory in 
filesystem is the same as what Postgresql returns in UID. Also make 
sure that all directories up to the mbox file are also accessible using 
that UID.
