[Dovecot] PERMANENTFLAGS bug?

I guess you're using Dovecot 0.99? I've just checked 1.0-stable and 
1.0-test74 and they seem to be fine with both mbox and maildir :-

. SELECT INBOX
* FLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen \Draft)
* OK [PERMANENTFLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen \Draft \*)] 
Flags permitted.

. SELECT "#maildir/test4"
* FLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen \Draft)
* OK [PERMANENTFLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen \Draft \*)] 
Flags permitted.
