[Dovecot] test76-77 dies at SIGHUP

Trace logs are pretty useless in debugging crashes. Could you get a gdb
backtrace? It probably writes core file in /var/run/dovecot (or wherever
your base_dir is). See http://dovecot.org/bugreport.html
