[Dovecot] Too many open files, etc.

It's less than 400 login/s. I found that there were an increasing
number of login processes (about 500 extra processes per day).

I tried to fix it using the login parameters. Currently we use
login_process_per_connection=no which gives much less extra
processes (approx. 100 per day).
