This means that some client was trying to copy a message from a mailbox
to itself. Of course it shouldn't crash there, but I've been a bit too
lazy in fixing this problem..

Fixed now in CVS to give an error to client instead of crashing. This
should be allowed, but it's pretty low priority problem. I don't think
there is any good reason to duplicate a mail in a mailbox..
