[Dovecot] Dual INBOX Locations

Only way this works is if you comment out default_mail_env entirely and
let Dovecot detect automatically where the mailboxes are. Except that
way it first checks for ~/Maildir and then for mbox locations. You could
of course also patch the code yourself..
