[Dovecot] Problem running latest 1.0-alpha3

[dovecot at spam.turbolink.net]

I've tried upgrading from dovecot-1.0 stable to the latest 
dovecot-1.0.alpha3.

I've done a configure with:

./configure --with-notify=none --with-ioloop=poll

And all I get is this when I run:

Linux kernel 2.4.24, FS in use are XFS and NFS

Any clues?
