[Dovecot] Master Password

OK - I'm confused. Trying to use the master password feature. What do I 
need to do to generate the password? What do I do to make the 
/etc/dovecot.masterusers file? thanks in advance. When I get this to 
work I will update the Wiki so that someone like me can understand it.
