No, it's actually correct although it's not compatible with anything
else. The point is that %08Xv (== UIDVALIDITY) is always the same for
user's all mails (usually forever), so if there are some stupid clients
which truncate the POP3 UIDL value, it's safer to have %08Xu (== UID)
first. Outlook apparently in some situations truncates the UIDL which is
causing problems..
