[Dovecot] Dovecot randomly stops responding

It turns out this problem was the result of starting Dovecot when it was
already running (my DirectAdmin control panel was randomly starting
Dovecot thinking it had stopped, when it had not). Anyway, there might
be some malfunction with Dovecot, because it probably should not stop
responding if started when already running.
