[Dovecot] Thunderbird and hanging "Copying message to Sent folder..."

Oh well. It has worked for me. I had all my accounts setup to
copy to the "Sent Folder on: ..." (ie.the top radio button in
the dialog). Since changing it, I've not had any problems with
the hanging "Copying message..." dialog anymore.

I've also set the number of connections back to 5 again. Perhaps
that was part of the trick.

Just for completeness: we're using IMAP over SSL.
