[Dovecot] IMAP/POP3 proxying and capability

proxy could be fine but I need mysql lookup table. I have a lot of proxy and
imap/pop3 servers. cdb map mirroring between all servers is not a viable
solution.

The proxy feature of dovecot works for me. I can connect and read mails. But
the capability announce does not reflect the one on the final IMAP/POP servers.
