[Dovecot] Nested folders in FS supported yet?

It's actually half-implemented now in CVS HEAD (for other reasons).
Wouldn't require too much changing anymore to get it fully working. But
it's not a priority for me, so I can't say when it's done.

I don't think there are any. Maildir++ directory layout is pretty
standard.
