I don't think that works in the 1.0b beta 2 (Note: 1.0 beta 3 just came
out):

Try something like this:

# Listen on localhost for IMAP.  Listen on all interfaces for IMAP/SSL
protocol imap {
    listen = 127.0.0.1
    ssl_listen = *
}
