[Dovecot] 1.0.rc1 released - small bug regarding "S=" size in filenames

Both "S=" info and mtime of messages works fine with 
dovecot-20060702.tar.gz.

Yes, this should fix Outlook problem, but only with newly imported 
messages. Old messages (already imported) keeps their altered mtime.
