As far as i know, that procmail rules are creating a new mbox in 
$MAILDIR/Ander/new and another one in saspam/new

Try these rules:

MAILDIR=$HOME/Mail/             # you'd better make sure it exists
DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/Ander/         # completely optional
:0:
* X-Spam-Flag: YES
saspam/
:0:
* ^List-Id: <users.spamassassin.apache.org>
spamassassin/

And give a new chance to dovecot :)
