[Dovecot] Corrupted Indexes - again...

Read the wiki.  I can set the sticky timer on the load balanced session to 
a fairly high number.  My only concern is this:  If I change my dovecot 
config to store the indexes on a local disk, how do I handle each of the 
dovecot indexes in each of the subfolders of the clients maildir?

Recommendations?
