[Dovecot] Converting huge mbox to Dovecot mbox + indexes

My mistake, good point.

I thought that creating the indexes would take a long time,
but after a couple of tests, I found that Dovecot is so fast 
that it beats UW IMAP even while creating the indexes and 
after that, it is just fast.
