1.0-stables are a bit old.. :) Possibly a bug, but also possibly dovecot
process's file descriptor limit was too low and there were lots of users
logged in at the time.

In recent 1.0betas I've anyway fixed this so that it doesn't go to
infinite loop but rather gives the error only once every few seconds and
once there are again more file descriptors it continues without having
to restart.
