"imap_quota" does nothing. Use "quota" instead. Also its contents should
be something like:

quota=maildir:storage=10485760

If that's correctly configured, then Dovecot creates and updates the
maildirsize file's quota information. Also the GETQUOTAROOT problem Bill
was describing doesn't seem to happen with me if this is correct..
