[Dovecot] RFC compliance on folder lists

Umm.. That's a command from client, not a reply from server. To me it
looks more like a bug in client.

Here's what Dovecot sends when mailbox has quotes:

x list "" foo%
* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." {7}
foo"bar
x OK List completed.
