[Dovecot] Compile without GSSAPI disables SSL?

That's probably because GSSAPI itself requires the SSL libraries.
dovecot-auth doesn't need the SSL libraries itself. Only
ssl-build-param, imap-login and pop3-login binaries need the SSL
