You have specified your domains as virtual in postfix, I guess
mailbox_command applies to real domains, not virtual ones.

Set virtual transport to the name of your dovecot transport.
It seems you also have some permission problem on your dovecot logfile.
Fix permission on your logfiles and check the uid under which the
transport is called in mster.cf.
