[Dovecot] Shared folder doesn't work!

No, I didn't create that file. Do I just touch the file and change it to
the colab group? The users accessing this folder are in the colab group.

# cd /var/mail/public/.notices
# touch dovecot-shared
# chgrp colab dovecot-shared
