[Dovecot] repeat downloads of message headers in 1.0rc19

Seems to be. I couldn't reproduce the problem in rc18; the first cycle
of delete/expunge showed unread messages, the second was fine. I tried
reverting the 007509.html patch on rc19 and that seems fine through two
cycles of delete/expunge.
