[Dovecot] Maildir and Windows NFS server

Hi,

I want to migrate form Courier to Dovecot. The problem is that our NFS
server is a Windows server.

We use Debian stable (Etch) and maildir. With Courier, we need to
compile from the source, changing the parameter MDIRSEP from ":" to
";", because Windows cannot handle files with this character in their
name.

Anyone knows the name of the parameter in Dovecot that I need to
change to do the same?
