Hi Bob,

You might get a response if you provided a bit more info that might 
help, like, maybe...

Since dovoecot isn't an smtp server, and what you have is a delivery 
problem, assuming that you had done enough troubleshooting to lead you 
to believe this was a dovecot problem, you would also want to provide 
some details on the smtp server and config.

The only reason I can think of that you might think this might be a 
dovecot issue is:

are you using dovecot LDA?

Otherwise, this would be an issue with your smtp server.

 From the logs below, it looks to me like you don't have your delivery 
mechanism set up properly (sm-mta - service unavailable), but since you 
didn't provide any details whatsoever about your environment, all anyone 
can do is guess...
