[Dovecot] can't rename folder whiten with non ASCI charters

I'm figure out problem was in settings in Thunderbird. 
Tools->Options->Display->Formating->Fonts->Incoming Mail-> Here should 
be correct encoding set, other than ISO-8859-1 is enough which is 
default if you are using English client instead of localized.
