Well, for 2 IMAPS instances, I can get it to work without problems.
When I add 2 other POP3s instances, it complains with some weird error
that "IMAPS and IMAPS" are listening on the same address or something.

Yup, I was also thinking about stunnel. Multiple dovecot instances
solely for this purpose is stupid from a management point of view.
