[Dovecot] Dovecot + Sieve - and passdb/userdb

Currently sieve scripts, in future possibly some other files. Don't
think "home" as a traditional user's home directory, but rather as a
directory where Dovecot can safely create whatever files it wants
without having them show up as mailboxes to user.
