[Dovecot] how to link antispam server & mail server?

It depends on your MTA. If you use postfix - use transport maps. Setup
is similar to backup MX setup/mail routing. Look for backup MX setup
faq's for your MTA.

p.s.

.. but there is nothing to do with dovecot.
