[Dovecot] quota doesn't work?

Sounds to me like:
1. You send a 10MB mail via postfix. The mail is sent succesfully.
2. The mail is saved in the SENT folder on a dovecot account. This surprises you as you think it 
should be rejected as this would bring the account over quota.

Correct?
