[Dovecot] 1.1.1 (maildir_uidlist_sync_update): assertion failed: (uidlist->initial_hdr_read)

OS: FreeBSD 7.0-STABLE amd64

I have only seen this happen twice so far.  I do not know what the two 
users were doing to cause it.
