[Dovecot] Requested CRAM-MD5 scheme, but we have only MD5-CRYPT

One of your users decided to start using a mail client (or reconfigure
their existing one) that tries to use CRAM-MD5 authentication. Are all
of your passwords MD5-CRYPT? If so, just remove CRAM-MD5 from auth
mechanisms list since it can't work. Clients won't try to use it then.
