[Dovecot] v1.1.rc11 released

Hi All,

I could build and install on Linux and HP-UX machines successfully with gcc, but I failed on an AIX machine with gcc. So may I ask you some advice on making on AIX?

The environment is as follows (`gcc -v`):
  Using built-in specs.
  Target: powerpc-ibm-aix5.3.0.0
  Configured with: ../gcc-4.1.1/configure --disable-nls
  Thread model: aix
  gcc version 4.1.1

Firstly, make failed with the following messages:

After some googling on this problem, I found that adding `#include <stdio.h>' before other includes in ./src/lib/restrict-access.c.

After that, I met other errors like the following:
